**Terms and Conditions (“T&C”)**

 

This is a private website designed for family members to connect and honor our ancestors through photos, videos, stories and documents.

 

Privacy:

All visitors can view the main page and can click on some links in the website such as the Marketplace, and Inspirational Messages, but to protect the privacy of the family group albums visitors they must request to join a group or be invited by a member of the group.

 

Family Groups:

This is where “Members” can post their personal photo’s/videos, stories and to ask/answer questions.

 

"Members"- Any family-related individuals.

Members Responsibilities:

• - No advertising on this website unless authorized by the Site Administrator

• - No downloading media from the site for personal or business use

• - Uploading media should be relevant to the site's purpose

• -Members can join as many family groups as they like

• - Only upload media that you own  or have permission to use to avoid copyright issues

 

While we will strive to keep your photos safe, use this site at your own risk. We are not responsible for any media or information that is downloaded and used elsewhere.

 

"Group Moderator" - The individual responsible for managing the family group.

The Group Moderator will be tasked with:

This is a volunteer position

• -finding and sending members of your family group invitations

• - Approving member access requests

• - Uploading media to the group (members can also download their own photos)

• - Keeping members engaged with regular posts

• - Ensuring all members are respectful and adhere to the rules

 

The Marketplace:

This is a space for our members to promote their businesses and services. While you are welcome to utilize these services, we recommend that everyone conducts their own research before exchanging money. Please note that this website is not responsible for any business transactions that occur between members or within the Marketplace.

 

Donations and Fees:

To maintain this site as a free resource and keep it updated, the Site Administrator may request donations. The Site Administrator may also generate income to cover the Wix membership fee by:

- Charging a small fee for our Marketplace

- Charging small fee for indirect family groups to have their own photo albums

- Promoting events

The Site Administrator may adjust these offerings in the future.

The Site Administrator reserves the right to suspend or cancel a member's account if they violate the terms and conditions of this website.
